These terms cover your use of Melon (melonhq.ai), including the private beta. By joining, you agree to them.

The beta

Melon is a test version. It may make mistakes, misunderstand, or fail to complete a call. Check important results yourself. You must be 18 or older.

Calls on your behalf

You authorize Melon, an AI assistant, to call companies about the requests you make. Melon always says it is an AI calling for you. A person on our team reviews call requests during the beta. Melon will not make payments or purchases for you.

Not advice

Melon is an assistant, not an advisor. It does not give medical, legal or financial advice.

Recording

Calls with Melon and calls it makes for you are recorded and transcribed so we can provide and improve the service.

Text messaging program

• Program: Melon account alerts. If you opt in, we text you about your account, reminders and the results of calls Melon made for you.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
• Help: reply HELP, or email hello@melonhq.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your responsibilities

Only ask Melon to call about your own accounts or ones you are authorized to manage. Don't use Melon for anything illegal, harassing or deceptive.

Limits

Melon is provided as is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Ending

You can leave at any time by emailing hello@melonhq.ai. We may end the beta or your access at any time.
